At Blacklyte US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that return shipping costs and restocking fees may apply depending on the reason for the return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it into its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
